Main Responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable high street bank. Our client are looking for a Customer Advisors to join their team in branches in Cardiff and Newport.
The role will involve contacting existing customers of the bank to discuss products and services that may be of interest to them, and booking them in for appointments in branch.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- The ability to communicate well over the telephone
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- The ability to conduct face to face interviews with customers
- The ability to be proactive and to use your own initiative
- The ability to work well in a target-driven, pressurised working environment
You must have proven track record in Sales and would ideally suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to progress within an organisation.
