Job Elements: -
• The successful candidate will be part of a structured Lean Deployment Programme that will rapidly impact the entire facility.
• Develop Lean knowledge, skills & act as additional resource to accelerate change within the location.
• Expert understanding and experience of core Lean tools & techniques.
• Assist in managing local maintenance & deployment of Lean Management System
• Support value streams in the delivery of their business goals.
• Lead transformations within manufacturing value streams & office areas.
• Deliver training & lead transformational workshops.
• Lean Training: Lean Awareness, Kaizen, VS Mapping.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3-5 Years Lean/ transformational experience
• Extensive understanding of Lean principles and Tools, with a proven track record of successful application in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing.
• Change management experience.
• Desire to challenge the status quo.
• Formal Education: Engineering or Business Degree
• Six Sigma Green Belt.
