Experienced Bathroom and Tile Salesperson

The Role:
The successful candidate will be showroom based and perform the following tasks; meeting and greeting of customers when they enter the showroom and assisting them in the purchase of goods for their homes or commercialprojects.

It is essential all staff build a rapport with clients so from the initial meet and greet the salesperson would then be responsible for following up enquiries, offering samples, alternative and quotes in order to secure sales. The new sales person we take on should be target driven and sales minded whilst keeping customer service at a high standard and always looking for opportunities to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service. After training we would expect the salesperson we hire to build their own client base managing these customers orders and maintaining contact with them throughout any installations. A talented individual would find many opportunities for growth within this expanding company.

Skills & Experience Required:

• This person will have a proven track record in sales.
• They will be well groomed and able to communicate well with a wide customer base through various methods eg written, email, telephone etc.
• An understanding of bathroom and tile products is essential.
• General computer skills and the ability to undertake mathematical calculations is essential in order to produce quotes.
• Candidates should be highly motivated, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• They should be honest and trustworthy and should enjoy working within a close-knit design and sales team.

Although training will be given experience in bathroom products & tiles is required.

The role is in a showroom environment.

It is a full time role 5 days a week including some Saturdays on a rota basis.
