The Role
You will assess, coach and training learners within a working environment in all aspects of Health & Social Care on NVQ’s, VRQ’s and taught courses.
You will work with employers to diagnose and support training solutions to meet the needs of the organisation and assist assessors and internal verifiers in ensuring that all requirements of the external verifier and awarding bodies are met.
The Candidate
With experience of working in the Health & Social Care sector, particularly care homes, you will possess commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of the sector including an understanding of the relevant qualifications and training needs.
With a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent you will possess or be willing to work towards the A1 Assessor Award and the V1 Internal Verifiers award.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ILT skills you will have the ability to deliver the Health & Social Care framework to a high standard to motivate, inspire and transfer knowledge to the leaner. With attention to detail you will be target driven with a strong focus on quality.
