Main Responsibilities
Production support, where ever necessarily deemed. To follow health & safety processes and procedures at all times, ensuring that all equipment is safe for use and that it is in a fit state for production use. To promote good working practices that are directly linked to quality and cost. PPM's to carried out upon request, and all prospective failures are reported in the correct manner. Ensuring that housekeeping is kept to the standards set within the work area.

Skills and Experience
Ensuring that equipment is in safe and full working order and complies with safety regulations.
Carry PPM's where applicable and with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Always act appropriately, with good ethics and courteousness at all times.
Ensuring that statistical / reporting records are filled in when requested.
To be flexible to your approach in working times and as a team member.
5 years minimum within the high volume manufacturing. (This will include the time spent on getting qualified). Medical plastice / injection moulding experience. Up to date regulatory certification. Experience with electrically driven hydraulics and pneumatics. Working knowledge of PLC control systems. (Omron, SEW, Allen Bradely & Siemens.
